Candidates for Public Office

2024 Primary: May 21, 2024

Oregon has closed primaries. Voters who wish to vote for a Democratic Candidate in the primary must be registered as a Democrat by April 30th. All registered voters, regardless of party, will receive a ballot that includes non-partisan races.

Candidates included below have met the minimum viability threshold for the office they’re seeking: established a candidate committee with the state, filed for the office they’re seeking, and have at least a website or social media page for voters to read and engage with.

Polk County Non-Partisan Races

All voters, regardless of party, will vote in non-partisan races. Voters who are not affiliated with a major party will receive a nonpartisan ballot that will only contain nonpartisan offices and measures.
